SHIPPING

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The arrangement generally takes 6-7 working days to achieve all of the metros and tier I cities, nevertheless for a few pin codes it may require a bit more time. In the event of delay please write to us at support@urgear.in

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email Id. In any case, we will further inform you after it's dispatched from the warehouse.

HOW DO I TRACK AN ORDER?

You can modify your order through your “My Account” Page or Clicking Track your order at the top bar of UrGear. You should enter your Order Number and E-mail to track your order

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

In case the order does not get delivered in 7-10 working days, then it is possible to write to us at return@urgear.in. We will do our very best to have it delivered at the first.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

We supply PAN India free shipping on all order value more than 599 INR.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?

We do not bill any additional handling fee for returns.

DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?

Right now, we do not deliver orders out of India. But you may create a buy from anywhere in the world provided that the delivery address is inside India.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can’t change the shipping address of the current orders, but you can change the address for the upcoming orders.

 

 

PAYMENT

WHAT ARE ALL THE PAYMENT MODES AVAILABLE? 

You can pay your order through UPI, Visa or Master Card (Both debit and credit card), Cash on Delivery, Net Banking, Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe.

WHAT IF MY PAYMENT GOT FAILED?

Confirm your payment receipt by contacting through our “Contact Us” Page. If the payment has failed and confirmed by the UrGear Team, you can try paying again after some time. If the payment has been successful, don’t try to pay again, Your order will be fulfilled.

 

RETURNS

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

– The item must have been sold on UrGear online store
– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way
– The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery

To make a return, go to your “My Account” page and in order section you can make a return against the particular order or reach us at return@urgear.in

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 

We do accept exchanges only for size Issue and they follow the same conditions as returns.

For exchange go to “My Account” Page and click exchange against the particular order to make an exchange.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN? 

Returns are confirmed within 7 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 7 days of our services accepting your return.
